Janitorial Services for City Facilities – RFP

The City of Suisun City is seeking qualified firms to submit proposals to provide janitorial services for City Hall, the Police Station and the Joseph A. Nelson Community Center.
Contractors will provide all labor and methods to perform general cleaning, periodic cleaning, and specific area cleaning, including public areas, restrooms, work stations, break room and exterior cleanup. The City will provide paper products, cleaning supplies and equipment.

Contractors must have and maintain appropriate licensing, and have staff able to pass a background check required for work in limited access public facilities, particularly the Police Station.
Proposal Process & Deadlines
Sealed proposals shall be submitted to the Building & Public Works Department at Suisun City Hall, 701 Civic Center Blvd., Suisun City, CA 94585, no later than 2 p.m. on Tuesday October 2, 2018.
